Jubilee is a celebratory perfume created for the occasion of the Golden Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II in 2002, marking fifty years since her ascension to the throne in 1952. Interestingly the etymological origin of jubilee is a Hebrew word yōbhēl, meaning a ram's horn, used to proclaim the year of jubilee, a year-long celebration every fifty years when bondsmen were freed, mortgaged lands restored to original owners, and farmland left fallow.

Boadicea’s floral powerhouse is a proclamation of perfumed pomp. A huge heart overflowing with jasmine sambac, gardenia, damask rose and violet leaf. The opening is crisply cool, and the pineapple note is noticeable straight away, a tropical juicy ambience with white wine and legume facets, imparting a ripened golden mood.

The white floral notes are gilded by this fruity note, petal edges like filigree. The dusky rose and violet leaf add just the right amount of forested darkness. The pineapple develops in a spicy, mulled direction into a base of smoky oud, musks and crystal amber.

Jubilee coalesces into a tenacious procession of golden statements. It is glitters through the wearing with moreish abandon.

Customers who buy 100ML or 10ML fragrances, or a 10ML Gift Set, will receive a complimentary 2ml fragrance.
