Increased Postal Charges

Unfortunately, a change in legislation for postal regulations has now forbidden the use of traditional postal services for the carriage of perfumes to destinations outside of the United Kingdom. This has forced us to find different ways of dispatching international orders, and we have introduced a higher charge to cover postage and packing as a result. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, there are restrictions on some products and we may not be able to ship to every international destination.

The world being in its current situation due to the impact of COVID-19 has also had some ramifications on the cost of postage for perfumes (considered a dangerous good) - It has significantly increased to certain countries. Whilst we do not wish to pass the increased cost on to the customer, in some promotional circumstances will require a minimum spend. This minimum spend is variable depending on your country of delivery and this directly correlates to the increase to the cost for the carrier.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
